SERVING HUMPHREYS COUNTY SINCE 1992

The Humphreys County Drug Alliance (HCDA)  is a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization whose focus is educating and informing the citizens of the county concerning the issues of substance abuse and voilence.  The Alliance has been fortunate to have been awarded the opportunity to participate in the Community Anti Drug Coalitions of America's (CADCA) "Greenhouse Training".  This training provided an opportunity for seven community members to acquire extensive training in substance abuse awareness and community capacity building.  These seven individuals were then able to spearhead a major county initiative focusing on blending the different sectors of the community to address the substance abuse issues of Humphreys County.
